- Follow up with existing and potential customers to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Klean Kare’s service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

As a Team Supervisor at Klean Kare, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will manage a team of cleaning technicians, coordinate schedules, conduct quality checks, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
